We had a walk out by two older ladies without paying today. If you enjoyed a great breakfast on the couches today, would be great if you could pop back in to square up the bill when next able please 🙏

We're going with slip of mind on both parties. We've also asked our teams to make sure we ask on exit going forward.

We're looking for one or two baristas with recent cafe or similar experience, ready to jump in and help the team across our three busy locations ☕️

Must be available at least one day during the week and one weekend day, minimum. Casual, Part Time or up to Fill Time available for the right candidate.

Latte art skills can be taught, ideally we need efficient baristas who can get a repeatable quality product out to our customers.

Happy FIVE (5!) Year anniversary to Bonnie — our Group Hospitality & Operations Manager, Head Chef and one of the key people behind so much of what we do around Hospitality 🎉

Bonnie has been a huge part of our journey over the past five years and has played a major role in helping us grow the business. From helping us launch Over the Road in Upper Beac, then Emerald, and now Gembrook, Bonnie has been there helping turn restaurant and cafe ideas into reality and keeping things moving behind the scenes and on the ground.

Five years is a fantastic milestone, especially in hospitality, and we are very grateful for everything Bonnie has done for us over that time. It's a long time since she first rode through Drive thru on her horse 🐎

Thanks Bonnie for all of your hard work, loyalty and contribution over the past 5 years — and for everything you continue to do for our business, our team and our communities. Here's to the next 5 as we keep working hard in our communities 🍻
