Sichuan Chicken — a traditional favourite that looks seriously fiery, but here’s the trick… you don’t have to eat the dried chillies! Pick out the golden, crispy chicken pieces and you’ll get all that incredible fragrant flavour with a much milder spice than you’d expect.

Feeling brave? Eat the chilli too. 😏

Crispy, crunchy, addictive and made for sharing… although once you start picking out those chicken pieces, good luck stopping.

In line with Australia’s new seafood country-of-origin labelling laws, you’ll now see:

(A) Australian
(I) Imported
(M) Mixed Origin

We want you to know exactly what you’re eating — and better understand why premium Australian seafood comes at a premium price.

Wherever possible, we choose local and Australian seafood. For us, it means exceptional quality, some of the cleanest waters in the world and, quite simply, some of the sweetest mud crabs you’ll ever eat.

It also means supporting our local fishing industry, strengthening the NT economy and helping sustain local jobs and families.

We know local premium seafood isn’t always the cheapest option. But we believe quality, freshness, traceability and supporting the industry around us is worth paying for.
