From an esky full of fish to a bucks’ night feast! 🎣🍻

Tonight we welcomed a group of lads who travelled from the east and west coasts for a bucks weekend in Darwin. After a day on the water with Offshore Fishing Charters, they brought their catch straight to our kitchen.

Mackerel, jewfish, five different preparations, five different sauces and crispy barramundi wings — what a spread!

Fresh fish, good mates and plenty to share. Thanks for making Pink Chopstix part of your weekend, boys. Enjoy the rest of your time in Darwin! 🙌

Tonight in Sydney, Pink Chopstix was named the 2026 Australian Women’s Small Business Champion — RESTAURANT.

Not just Darwin.
Not just the Northern Territory.

From our little pink restaurant on the Darwin Waterfront to a national stage — this is a moment we will never forget.
Pink Chopstix was built on big ideas, a love of food, plenty of hard work and the belief that a restaurant in Darwin can stand proudly alongside businesses from anywhere in Australia.
This trophy belongs to our incredible team who turn up every day and give Pink Chopstix its heart, and to every person who has walked through our doors, celebrated with us, recommended us, brought friends back and supported what we do.
To represent Darwin and the Northern Territory on a national stage means more than we can put into words.

Last year, our Managing Director Jiayao Lin was recognised as the 2025 Young Small Business Champion Woman Entrepreneur.
