One jar. Three techniques. A small kitchen education in heat and depth.

Most home cooks treat harissa like a condiment, a quick spoonful next to eggs and that's that. It's actually one of the hardest-working jars in your pantry, once you know where to put it.

Here's our pocket guide for the week ahead:

โ†’ Rub it on as a marinade for lamb, chicken, or roasted cauliflower
โ†’ Bloom it into your cooking base with onions and garlic for instant depth
โ†’ Spoon it through yogurt or over roasted veg as a finishing flourish

Same jar, three completely different dishes. That's the kind of versatility we love stocking on our shelves.

Save this one for your next grocery run, and come say hello when you're in ๐ŸŒถ

Triple-cream brie. Wagyu bresaola. Figs split open at the seam.

The table did all the talking.

There's a quiet moment at every gathering when conversation pauses and someone leans in for that one piece of cheese they've had their eye on. A wedge of something soft, a curl of cured meat, a fig still warm from the platter. That's the moment we're catering for.

Our grazing tables are built around hinterland producers and small-batch makers we've come to know by name. Seasonal, generous, and styled to suit the room, whether it's a backyard birthday or a long-table wedding lunch.

Planning a celebration soon? Send us a message and we'll start shaping yours ๐Ÿง€

Soft cheeses, cured meats, Byron hinterland honey, figs still warm from the sun.

A grazing table looks effortless. Getting it right takes a little more thought than most people expect.

The biggest mistake we see? Booking by headcount alone. A 1m table for 15 guests feels generous and abundant. A 3m table for 40 feels like the centrepiece of the night, the thing everyone gathers around with a glass in hand.

Your venue matters just as much as your guest list. Long kitchen bench, round garden table, sideboard against a wall. Each one shapes how the food is laid out and how your guests move through it.

A few small details before you book make all the difference between a nice spread and a table people talk about for weeks ๐Ÿง€

A slow drizzle of dark balsamic over sun-ripened tomatoes and torn basil. That single ribbon is where dinner stops being dinner and becomes something you want to linger over.

Our balsamic is aged for depth. Syrupy, glossy, with just enough sharpness to wake up the cream of fresh mozzarella. A few drops is all it takes.

Three good ingredients, one thoughtful finishing touch, and suddenly the table goes quiet for all the right reasons ๐Ÿ…

Pop in and find it on the shelf. We're always happy to talk you through which bottle to take home.

Straight from Bay Seafood Market, onto a sun-warmed timber table by the window ๐Ÿฆ

There's a particular kind of winter lunch we love around here. The one where the platter lands in the middle, conversation slows, and nobody's checking the time.

Moreton Bay bugs, sweet king prawns, freshly shucked oysters, and ribbons of smoked salmon. Lemon wedges, a pinch of sea salt, a little crusty bread on the side. The kind of spread that asks everyone to settle in and stay a while.

Our Seafood Grazing Platter serves 6 to 8. Made for long winter lunches, quiet celebrations, and the gatherings you'll still be talking about well past the last oyster.

If you're hosting something special this season, give us a few days' notice and we'll have it ready for you. Order ahead via the link in our bio ๐Ÿ‹

There's a particular hush that falls when the right platter hits the table. Conversation pauses. Someone reaches for the cheese knife. Everyone leans in.

That's the moment our Epicurean Grazing Platter is built for. European cheeses, aged charcuterie, artisan crackers worth their crumb. ๐Ÿง€

Aged hard cheeses beside creamy bloomy rinds. Cured meats folded with care. House-marinated olives and seasonal accompaniments chosen to bring the whole board together.

Curated, not casual. Made for the gatherings you actually want to remember, whether it's a long lunch in the backyard or something more occasion-worthy.

Order ahead for your next event. Pop into the deli or send through a catering enquiry, and we'll take it from there.

Most people open a gourmet hamper and reach for the obvious things first. The real flavour lives in the details. ๐Ÿซ™

A great hamper is a kitchen education, and every jar has more to give than you'd think.

Swipe for three small shifts that change everything:
โ†’ Where the harissa really belongs
โ†’ When to add the sherry vinegar (hint: not at the start)
โ†’ Why sea salt flakes aren't a cooking salt

Save this one for the next time you're staring into your pantry wondering what to make. ๐Ÿง‚
