Scenes from Longtime. Our venue is considered - right down to the choice of chair. It’s because we stand for something more than shelter and dining.

We want our customers to know that Yum Cha is about sipping the oolong and marinating in the moment. You making the reservation, but let us take care of the rest.

Longtime perfects tradition with our Peking Duck. Prepared tableside, we present a glistening duck to diners before flambéing.

The top tip is to enjoy the crispiest pieces first with our rich house-made hoisin sauce.

A spectacular way to end the financial year!

To celebrate we’re offering our premium Lucky Banquet - a feast of steamed yum cha, kitchen snacks, and delectable mains. 3 courses for $55pp.

The story behind the name.

Like tea leaves left to unfurl, Longtime believes in time’s reward. We encourage the lingering. We nurture the indulgence.

Never rushed. Stay awhile - stay a long time.
