Ist es Ihnen schon einmal aufgefallen, das „neue“ alte Haus vis-à-vis?
1780 erbaut, waren hier lange Zeit die Sennerei und das Zuger Schulhaus untergebracht. Im vergangenen Sommer haben wir das geschichtsträchtige Gebäude respektvoll saniert und mit neuem Leben gefüllt: Heute erwartet im Rote Wand Schualhus all jene, die eine Genuss-Klasse für sich suchen kulinarische Heimatkunde der ganz besonderen Art: mit dem Rote Wand Chef’s Table und der Rote Wand Cookery School im Schualhus!

Wir platzen vor Freude: Unser drittes Kochbuch ist da.
Diesmal dreht sich alles um den Rote Wand Chef’s Table – um Julians Art zu kochen, die Berge schmeckbar zu machen, um seine Ruhe, seine Präzision und den eigenen Zauber, der im alten Schualhus entsteht.

For one night only, he joins forces with , the 2 Michelin starred young chef, to craft a four hands dinner full of smoke, wood-fired flavors and local ingredients.
