From Tuesday through to Friday next week, we will be installing our brand-new cafรฉ counter.

Our doors will be open as normal, our fireplace going and the coffee still delicious. Our kitchen will operate as usual.

But please bear with us as the work is going on. Thereโ€™ll be noise, mess and, no doubt, chaos as everything comes together and falls into place!

Weโ€™ll appreciate your patience and understanding while we give Collyโ€™s a fresh new look. If all goes to plan, weโ€™ll be serving you from our new counter from Saturday.
