Situated in Cresta Lodge Harare, Cool Beans is Harare’s buzziest coffee shop. Open daily from 7am to 10pm, it is a meeting and socialising venue for guests in the hotel, as well as for folk from outside who want to meet friends, enjoy the ambience and the offerings while making use of the free wifi facility for customers. Centred around a ‘harvest table’ that has plug-in points for every kind of communications device, Cool Beans has a modern, welcoming ambience and overlooks the colourful pooldeck and garden. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of coffees and other beverages, as well as cakes, pastries, muffins, sandwiches, wraps and paninis, and on winter evenings they can gather around the fireplace to warm up and chat. Coffee is a serious business these days, especially for people who do their business in the environment of a switched on and efficient ‘coffice’ – so the Cresta Lodge team have trained baristas to know all about coffee and how to prepare a range of coffee drinks that keep people happy and alert. The Cresta team are also sourcing coffees from all over the world to ensure guests have an experience to remember and to repeat.
