Chef Stef food blog journeys in good food, while cheffing in various locations and discovering interesting produce people and new dishes

Currently in Zambia as from the beginning of August 2016, in a remote hotel set on the shores of Lake Kariba. During my time here it will be a new discovery of many new ingredients and creating new dishes, getting to know the local farmers and their methods and venturing throuh rural markets for produce and testing my own skills in an alien environment, and of course shariing the little bits and pieces along the way
