New WoodHouse Cafe - Pub and Grill - Now Hiring!


We are excited to announce that WoodHouse Cafe Pub and Grill has relocated to Ibex Hill Mall, conveniently situated at the corner of Twin Palm Road and Third Street. As we expand into our new location, we are looking to build a passionate and dedicated team to join our dynamic environment. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Bar and Restaurant Manager

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and customer service.

Ability to train and motivate staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must be proactive, energetic, and customer-focused.

Head Chef

Minimum of 1 year experience as a professional chef at a reputable company.

Proven experience in a professional kitchen with expertise in a range of cuisines.

Strong ability to prepare and present common Western menus, including braai and grill options.

Familiarity with Zambian cuisine and ability to create traditional and modern dishes.

Excellent time management and kitchen management skills.

Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.

Creative, passionate about food, and able to work under pressure.

Bartender / Cocktail Mixer

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

Ability to craft classic and creative cocktails with precision.

Knowledge of bar inventory management and stock rotation.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Must be energetic, reliable, and attentive to detail.

Waiters / Waitresses

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage tables efficiently and ensure a positive dining experience.

Team-oriented, friendly, and professional.

Preferred Locality:

Applicants residing in Ibex Hill or surrounding areas will be given preference.
