Crackers Recipe

1. Two cups flour
2. half teaspoon salt
3. half teaspoon sugar
4. chopped spring onion
5. Half cup water
6. Enough oil for deep frying

1. mix all dry ingredients
2. add chopped spring onion
3. add water and knead. if too wet, add a bit of flour.
5. Let rest for 5-10 min.
6. knead for the last time and cut in strips
fry until golden brown and drain.

I served it with an Avo Dip.
