Boiler chicken business has become challenging interms of growth size ,marketing ,infections etc.
I started my poultry business in 2013 ,the first consignment was challenging for me because I had less knowledge on the market target,attaining the required growth size as well as yielding the best from the birds due to overfeeding my birds, infections etc all this was due to poor management but With time business became a success due to the fact that I learnt how to over come these challenges by interacting with other poultry farmers who were successful as well as my mother who has one of the biggest poultry farm in mkushi. 2018 I made massive profit due to the fact that I gained the knowledge and skill on how to manage the boiler chickens.therefore I would love to share my experience and help other poultry farmers that are starting or have been in this business but still have challenges.
So Due to popular demand
Will be conducting online lessons on how to manage boiler chickens from first day to the day of sell which has been a challenge to most poultry farmers.
In these lessons will cover brooder preparation,identifying the possible hazards to your birds,the growth rate and also budgeting and minimal capital that one needs to have in order to start poultry business.
Under this the following will be offered
-online lessons
-one on one interaction on the challenges you are facing.
-poultry visiting to help in brooder preparation and identification of possible hazards to your birds .
-mixing of feed and how to avoid huge loss of birds via infections.
not only us visiting your poultry you will be free to visit our poultry and have an insight of how we are managing our birds and our target market etc.
The lessons will begin on 1st of next month and will be limited to just 50 people at a fee of k200 only..
