Ingredients
Carrots
Avocados
Chicken breasts
Mayonnaise
Flour
Baking powder
Salt
Soy sauce
Black pepper
Green pepper
Butter
Method
1. Cut your chicken breasts into strips,put them in your frying pan and add enough salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Add a bit of cooking oil and water and allow to boil till ready.
2. Get your flour( the amount will be determined by the number of people you'll be preparing for). Put your flour in a mixing bowl,add a pinch of salt,3 tablespoons of butter and baking powder ( baking powder should be less than the number of cups of flour). Mix the dry ingredients together and make a dough.
3. Divide your dough into small balls and roll them out one by one,when you are done rolling them,lightly burn your dough in a dry pan.
4. Cut up your carrots and green peppers and lightly fry them.
5. Get your lightly burnt dough( chapati as we normally call it in zambia 😁), place it on a flat clean surface or on top of a plastic wrap if you have and lightly smear some mayonnaise on top. Add a piece of avocado on top together with some green peppers,carrots and chicken and wrap it up. And you have your clean chicken wrap 😇😁
