🎪➡️🍷 FROM A BLANK WHITE TENT TO A BRAND YOU COULDN’T MISS.

For Innibos, we were handed exactly that — a blank white tent and KWV infrastructure sent up from Johannesburg.

Our job? Turn it into a brand experience.

And we LOVE a blank canvas. 🙌

We unpacked the KWV infrastructure, worked with what arrived, and then started building the bigger picture.

🍷 We positioned and set up the branding for maximum impact.
🪑 We added our own bars and benches at the last minute where we saw the space needed more.
📸 We designed the layout so that wherever guests stood for a photo, there was KWV branding somewhere in the frame.
🚁 We even thought about the view from above, positioning the branding so the space was recognisable from the sky.

We didn’t run this particular bar.

But that didn’t matter.

Our job was to make sure that amongst a festival FULL of bars, this was the one people could recognise.

That’s what we love about working with brands — taking the infrastructure, the brand identity and the space we’re given and asking:

“How do we make people notice it?”

Because Thirsty Bartender isn’t only about what happens behind the bar.

Sometimes, our job is to make sure everyone knows which bar they’re standing in front of. 😉

🐰🎩 SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO PULL A RABBIT OUT OF A HAT… 🌧️➡️🥂

And Sonto was one of those days!

The rain arrived, plans had to change, and suddenly it was all hands on deck. But that’s exactly where the Thirsty Bartender team thrives. 💪🍸

Because Thirsty Bartender is about so much more than bar service.

We know that the success of the event makes the bar a success — so when we work with a brand, we become part of the bigger picture.

We brainstorm. 💡
We make plans when the weather doesn’t. 🌧️
We source cool furniture and create spaces people want to be in. 🛋️
Some of us put on the greens and get involved. 💚
Others jump behind the decks and DJ. 🎧
And, of course, we make sure the drinks are cold and the bars are pumping. 🍹

At Sonto, everyone jumped in wherever they were needed, and together we turned a rainy-day challenge into an event to remember.

Because when you put the right people, the right energy and a little creativity together…

ANY event can be a LIQUID success. 🥂✨

We genuinely love creating something special for the brands we work with — not simply arriving to run a bar, but becoming part of the team that brings the whole experience to life.

🍹🌈 GOOD DAYS, GREAT VIBES & A BAR TO MATCH! 🌈🍹

For the inaugural Good Days event at Central Park, Thirsty Bartender had the privilege of bringing the event bars to life — and with a brand this vibrant, we knew an ordinary bar simply wouldn’t do! ✨

Inspired by the colourful Flying Fish branding and the bold, energetic feel of Good Days, we transformed the main bar into an Instagram-worthy feature of its own. 📸🍋🍹

Bright. Colourful. Fun. And made to be noticed.

Because for us, a bar isn’t only a place where guests grab a drink — it’s part of the event experience.

From the look and feel to the setup, staffing and service, we love creating bars that complement the brands and events we work with.

Here’s to Good Days at Central Park — and to making the bar just as memorable as the party! 🌈🥂
