Five years of beautiful tables, unforgettable celebrations, incredible clients, late nights, early mornings, and a whole lot of love poured into every plate.

Thank you to every client, couple, guest, supplier, friend and supporter who has been part of this journey. We are grateful for every event, every meal and every memory created along the way.

Meet Michelle 🥄

Executive Chef behind Taste Ateljee and the woman who will absolutely fight you on the pineapple pizza thing. (She's right, by the way.)

Her story starts in a family restaurant kitchen at age 12, takes a detour through 10 years cooking with a Spanish/Italian restaurant group in the UK, and ends with a school reunion 15 years later where her old friend Anelma asked for help with some weddings.

That was that.

Today she shapes the food, the kitchens and the concepts that make Taste what it is. ✨

The Long Table Series brings together seasonal cooking from Taste Ateljee, thoughtful wine pairings from Landskroon and Monarch Coffee Cartel closing the evening with a special treat.

Each course unfolds slowly. No rush, just good food, great wine and the kind of conversation that only happens when strangers sit close together over a meal.
