LET'S SET A COUPLE OF THINGS STRAIGHT.

The Media : In this day in age it is all about sensationalism and making up the worst headlines to sell their story and the rest are to lazy to do their own investigation and they just starts with according to Micky Mouse News and then just continue the spread of false information. Stop being lazy, where are the real old school journalists that actually cared about informing the public of the truth.

There is Video CCTV footage from 3 different angles, two of the angles with sound. This can obviously not be publicly shared as at the moment there is still an open investigation in progress. The CCTV footage was handed over to the investigating officers of the SAPS.

- Brian Smith shot Ruan and Killed Baden.
- Brian waited outside for the Macs to come out.
- There was only a single shot fired and it went through Ruan and hit Baden.
- The shot was fired at close rage, about 1.5 meters as the men stood on both sides of the phone booth.
- There was no prior altercation, fight or argument before hand.
- The Center security was on the scene seconds after the shot.
- Brian's son grabbed Baden's girlfriend off of his father and threw her to the tarmac aiding his father in the get away.

PUBLIC STATEMENT FROM LITTLE BRITAIN PUB

We are deeply saddened by the shooting that took place outside our venue, when a single shot was fired, which claimed one man’s life and left another in a critical condition in hospital. No other persons were injured in the incident.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends of the man who lost his life. Our thoughts are also with the injured man and his loved ones, and we sincerely hope for his full recovery.

Little Britain Pub has always been bike-friendly, and we will remain so. We value the biking community and the support and friendships built over the years. However, we regret to announce that, with immediate effect, motorcycle club patches will no longer be permitted on our premises. This policy applies equally to all clubs and does not assign blame to any club or the wider biking community.

The safety of our customers and staff remains our highest priority. We intend to upgrade our security measures to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation, and for compassion and respect for those affected by this tragedy.
