Greenpark Lodge: To whom it may concern.

I stay over at your guesthouse at least once a month, and would like to extend my gratitude to you, for the great service I always receive from Selina and Nolu.

Nolu is always friendly and helpful, and she genuinely has a very sunny disposition, which always uplifts me.

Selina will always go out of her way, to ensure that I am well taken care off, as I have some dietary requirements. She also knows that I have a hectic and stressful job, so she also ensures that I am comfortable and at rest in the room they place me.

I am always treated as a VIP.

Kindest Regards,
Gerda Geerlings Rose
