Natalie is bubbly, caring, and always up for fun. Whether she’s teasing a regular, dancing between tables, or checking in to make sure your coffee is still warm, she brings an energy that lights up the café. She’s the kind of person who senses when someone needs a pick-me-up and delivers it with kindness and a laugh. Her mix of playfulness and deep empathy is what keeps guests coming back.

The staff at Peppermill Cafe generally love what they do! Meet Meredy one of our front of house staff.

She has a laugh that can light up the café before the sun even hits the treetops. She grew up watching the ocean with her grandfather who taught her to read the weather and trust her instincts, skills she now uses to read a room and make her guests feel right at home.
