As the vineyards settle into their winter slumber and the mountains wrap themselves in soft mist, Quartz invites you to embrace the season with unforgettable flavours, exceptional wines, and breathtaking Winelands views.

Please note that during the winter months of June, July, and August, Quartz Restaurant will be open from Wednesday to Sunday.

🍽️ Orders may be placed from 12:00, with the last order at 16:00. ✨ We remain open for our seated guests, allowing you to linger a little longer over great food, fine wine, and meaningful conversation.

Not many know that Quoin Rock has a sister farm in Agulhas — wild, beautiful, untouched nature that became the inspiration behind Head Chef Edmund’s newest creations. From foraging across the landscape to moments spent hunting springbok, every experience shaped this extraordinary winter menu.
One of the highlights is a refined game meat starter inspired directly by the farm and the raw beauty of the surroundings. Seasonal ingredients, authenticity, craftsmanship, and fine dining techniques come together in a way that feels both luxurious and deeply rooted in nature.
