Tips for the perfect Chaloner board 🧀

1. Pair savoury meats with sweet accompaniments like fig jam, strawberries, or honey
2. Fill the Space: Ensure the board looks abundant by filling every empty spot with nuts, fruits, or extra crackers
3. Pre-slice harder cheeses for easier serving
4. Use small bowls for dips and runny items to create structure and prevent messes
5. Don't lay meat flat, fold salami in half or quarters, and drape prosciutto in ribbon-like waves for an elevated look

Today’s baking lesson is about learning the family secret ingredient. A generous spoon (or three) of Chaloner Strawberry Jam… and just as much love stirred in alongside it 💛

Our Chaloner twist on Beef-Stuffed Peppers 👨🏻‍🍳

Serves 2 🍽️

What you’ll need:
250g beef mince
400g Chaloner Puttanesca Pasta Sauce
2 red bell peppers
Chaloner Smoked Garlic & Chilli Pickle
Parmesan cheese

How to make it:
🫑 Preheat your oven to 180°C
🫑 In a pan, brown the mince, then stir in the pasta sauce and let it heat through (about 3–4 minutes)
🫑 Slice the peppers in half and fill each one generously with the mince mixture
🫑 Top with a spoonful of Chaloner Smoked Garlic & Chilli Pickle and a good sprinkle of Parmesan
🫑 Bake for 17–22 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden

Serve with your favourite side salad and enjoy every bite. Et voilà ✨🤌🏼
