Our confit duck leg is served with pomme pavé, baby carrots, vegetable brunoise and a rich diable sauce. Comforting, full of flavour, and made for lingering winter lunches.

For the perfect pairing, enjoy it with a glass of Glenelly Estate Reserve 2018. Its dark fruit, subtle spice and smooth, dry finish make it a wonderful match for the richness of the duck.
