This morning we experienced a power outage until 12:00, just after we had mixed our fresh bread dough.
With the dough rising quickly, we knew we had to act fast.
So, we fired up our traditional wood-fired oven... and honestly, we couldn't be happier with the result!
At The Zesty Lemon🍋, we believe great food isn't made by perfect circumstances—it's made by passionate people who are willing to adapt, work together, and never compromise on quality.
