✔ 3–5 years minimum experience
✔ Must know how to work a traditional wood-fired oven
✔ Able to stretch dough, prepare bases, and manage multiple pizzas at once
✔ Fast, reliable, and able to work under pressure
✔ Must maintain high-quality, consistent pizzas
