So last night was one of the most challenging nights that Big Boy has faced since opening.
Unfortunately for us, a few customers were left disappointed and we truly regret that.
The Big Boy Team was pushed passed their limits and we tried our utmost best to satisfy as many customers as we possibly could.
We would just like to apologize to everyone left disappointed. As a team we will be working harder at fixing our weak points.
To all the customers who were understanding, patient and just down right awesome, we would like to say Thank You. You guys give us a reason to carry on and try harder. We are forever grateful and we will carry on pushing ourselves to the best of our abilities
