❤️ Celebrating 60 Wonderful Years ❤️

Congratulations to the Elsworths on their 60th wedding anniversary! We are so grateful for your generous support of Flavours over the years, and we wish you many more happy and healthy years together.

To celebrate this very special occasion, we created a Croquembouche — the traditional French celebration and wedding cake. Delicate profiteroles filled with crème pâtissière, drizzled with homemade caramel and finished with rich chocolate ganache.

With a very heavy heart, I say goodbye to four very special friends — Mario Tonioli from Casa Toscana, Chai Giannini, my neighbour from Ramsgate, Lorraine Horak from Nakai, and Maurice Fry, a gifted musician and loving husband.

My heartfelt condolences go to all the families. Thank you to the Giannini family for allowing us to host their After Tears celebration at Flavours, and to Grant from Nakai Beach Homestay for allowing us to be part of Lorraine’s Celebration of Life.

It was an honour to know you all. Rest peacefully, dear friends. You will be greatly missed. ❤️

We were honoured to host the Rotary Induction Ceremony at Flavours Restaurant.

A heartfelt thank you to Rotary for choosing to celebrate this special occasion with us. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the organisers for the beautiful table settings and décor, which created such an elegant atmosphere.

A special thank you to Joan D'Arcy for her invaluable help and continued support – it is always greatly appreciated.

We wish the co-presidents every success for the year ahead and thank Rotary for the incredible work they continue to do in serving and supporting our community.

A big shout-out to our monthly Sunday Funday Club – Dave, Cynthia, Sue, Alan and Jackie! 🎉

This wonderful group gets together once a month, and there's always plenty of laughter, good conversation and great memories being made around the table.

On this visit they enjoyed some of our delicious specials, including Oxtail, Salmon, Sole, Garlic Prawns, Beef Trinchado, and our ever-popular Thai Green Curry.
