A little look at the charcuterie selection we put together for a birthday celebration at Elysium on Saturday.

The group enjoyed a generous spread of cured meats, smoked salmon, assorted cheeses, fresh strawberries, dates, crackers and toasted breads, all arranged for sharing around the table.

We love being able to adapt what we do for celebrations and put together something that suits the occasion, the group and the style of the event.

Menu Spotlight · Angus Denver Steak

Our Angus Denver steak is one of the more underrated cuts of beef.

The Denver comes from the chuck area of the animal, which is usually known for harder-working cuts. But this particular muscle is naturally more tender, with good marbling and a deep beefy flavour. When cooked properly, it gives you something rich, juicy and full of character.

At Elysium, we finish our 250g Angus Denver steak over the charcoal grill, then top it with Café de Paris butter, chopped chives and our house bourbon-infused BBQ glaze.

It is served with your choice of chips or smashed potatoes.

It is not your standard steakhouse cut, and that is exactly why we like it. It has the flavour and depth we want, while still eating beautifully as a proper main.

Join us for dinner this Friday and Saturday, with Sunset Hour specials from 16:00–18:00.

Our Pork Belly Taco brings together crispy pork belly, fresh pineapple salsa, sour cream and crispy onions, served in a soft shell taco.

It is rich, fresh, crunchy and a perfect way to start dinner.

We will be open for dinner this Friday and Saturday, with Sunset Hour specials from 16:00–18:00.

Our Amarula White Russian is made with vodka, Kahlúa and Amarula Cream, served over ice for a rich, smooth and indulgent cocktail.

We're incredibly excited to introduce our new lunch and dinner menu — something that's been quietly taking shape behind the scenes for months and is finally ready to be shared.

At the heart of it is The Elysium Burger.

Built on our signature house-baked milk bread bun and filled with our house-ground beef blend, melted Emmental, crispy onions, shredded lettuce and house BBQ mayo.

Our new menu launches this week at Elysium Eatery.

We have been working on a menu that feels more settled, more seasonal, and more reflective of the style of food we want to serve: comforting, considered, and made with care.

Expect dishes such as our warm Hokkaido loaf with labneh and honey, mushroom parfait, Moroccan chicken skewers, crispy pork belly, our Elysium burger, Denver steak, crispy aubergine, and burnt Basque cheesecake.
