Bertus Basson's newest restaurant at Waterkloof Wine Estate in Somerset West. Serving a four and six course menu, focusing on simple, seasonal cooking where the menu is dictated by ingredients. The wine list will celebrate Waterkloof wines, as well as feature wines from other South African producers. Chorus will also have a lounge, allowing you to stop by for a snack and a glass of wine.

Pieter recently joined us, taking over the reins in the Kitchen as head chef. He hails from Witbank in Mpumalanga and although he never thought that food would be his calling, a visit to Overture in his school years changed his entire career path. Like any good South African, he loves to Braai at home, but his guilty pleasure is a good old Lasagne.
 
Quintin, originally from the Free State, has been with the company for many years running Eike, but moved to Chorus last year to head up the Front of House team. He likes a good, wooded Chenin and Chardonnay and says you can’t go wrong with cheese. I mean, who doesn’t like cheese. We love him for his great sense of humour and his ability to create an unforgettable experience for his guests. He truly has perfected the art of hospitality at heart.
