Customer and vendor/supplier relationships are critical to the success of any business, especially a small business, where a misplaced derogatory post or statement can negatively impact the livlihood of a small business.
With social media, customers are very quick to put a complaint on Facebook, or share something in a WhatsApp Group, before even talking to the supplier of the product or service which they are unhappy with.
We, as Infinity Coffee SA always appreciate feedback from our customers, both good and bad. If you as our customer are ever unhappy with us or our products, please talk to us first, as we would be more than happy to rectify our product or service.
