We are fortunate to have access to a technical team, developing products catering to the small entrepreneur, starting a small business with products such as ice cream-, gelato & frozen yogurt. We have a range of beverages including, Dairy blends, Cordials, and Hot Chocolate. In 2016 we were part of a very successful SAY CHEESE FAIR, hosted at the Italian club for 3 consecutive years. This was a wonderful opportunity and exposure for us. Meeting artisanal cheese makers from the region and interesting chefs/cooks in the food industry.
