Our Beautiful restaurant in the Simons Town harbour is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for customer service. A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role as well as computer literate and relevant POS system knowledge is required. Own transport an advantage

Duties included - but not limited to:
•⁠ ⁠Maximizing customer satisfaction at all times.
•⁠ ⁠Increasing sales and revenue.
•⁠ ⁠Supervise and manage all FOH staff activities within the restaurant as well as maintaining staff morale.
•⁠ ⁠Opening and closing of restaurant.
•⁠ ⁠Assisting with stock take & orders.
•⁠ ⁠Must be prepared to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
•⁠ ⁠Must be able to cash-ups and take responsibility for petty cash.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain & uphold our brand standard and company policies and procedures.
