I have recently had the privilege of pursuing an interest in the property market.
In January, my wife and I retired to Cola Beach, Sedgefield. This had long been a goal driven dream of mine from my first visit to Sedgefield back in 1983.
I FELL IN LOVE all those years ago… and upon arrival in January, I remembered exactly why?

This piece of paradise is EXQUISITE in its own natural beauty. A town filled with special talented individuals - creative, artistic, enthusiastic are a few words to describe the culture of our towns people.

The adventures, ocean, sun, mountains, village markets, food cuisines, distilleries, farms, and art galleries – are just a tiny few of the things to get up to in this unique ‘slow town’ – don’t be fooled by the nickname, we are very quick when we need to be.

We are fortunate enough to BOAST it ALL.

I have always shared a passion for the property market as well as have gained much experience through building my own personal property portfolio with my wife. Over the years we have had much success investing in property whilst having the enjoyment of these properties at the same time.

Upon retirement, I decided that I would follow some these passions to continue stimulation for myself as well as share my expertise, experience and knowledge with other keen property enthusiasts and investors.
When I decide to do something, I commit whole heartedly and here I am introducing you to my new challenge.
