Open the flood gates! After what has felt like an eternity, 57 days of closure have finally come to an end!

Easily the longest spell we’ve had on record since 2016.

We can finally trade once again and recoup what has been a devastating period for the oyster industry.

We are fully open again to trade oysters, with full clearance from the laboratories and DFFE. 🦪

Mussels should open next week, until then, we have high quality frozen stock available.
