.To all of my wonderful patrons. With a heavy heart, my team and I announce that Dahlia On Regent will be indefinately closing its doors for the final time on Sunday the 9th of January.
Dahlia on Regent is my first business venture and shall be one that I am eternally grateful and proud of as a young business owner and Chef.it was such a proud moment the day we put our first flavours together or made our first sale, we cheered the day our first guest stepped through our doors However, this venture could not have been possible without my team and customers. To my front and back of house staff, I thank you for being both the anchor and propellor in the operation and success we have seen in our short time of being open. To Dahliaβs customers, thank you for sharing our passion for food and helping us create a space for taste sensations as well as a place that we were able to share a laugh and glass of wine with. I would also like to thank my family, for the constant support shown during these difficult times.
Dahlia rose through challenges that devastatingly impacted many business both around us, as well as the country. We are grateful that we were gifted the opportunity to trade and to continue to serve quality dishes and experiences to all of our patrons. Please join us for our last week of trade, it would be so appreciated to see some old faces as well as to share Dahliaβs dishes with some new guests for the last time.
