A night where the pour met the plate.

Our recent De Vry Distillery Pairing at Rio Sol brought together five of our distinctive spirits with a carefully selected menu of flavours, each pairing giving the glass, and the dish, a chance to shine.

From Boereraad Barrel Aged Brandy and our Rooinek gins to the rich warmth of Rasta Rum, it was an evening of good food, bold South African spirits and even better company.
