Competing at the Tai Chi South Africa Open.

Breath. Hands. Step. Core. All arriving together.

That's what I chase every time I practise. When it lands, my body knows what to do. I just get to feel it happen.

A big thank you to Raph Atkinson, my teacher, for helping me find a home for my Tai Chi in South Africa Taijiquan Authority and Our Family/ Lin Style. After years of training, it means a lot to belong somewhere.

Want to feel it for yourself? Classes at Fit Café, Ernest Ullmann Park, Morningside Manor. Send me a message.

Stress doesn’t only live in your thoughts.
It shows up in your breathing, posture, and how your body reacts under pressure.

Practices like Tai Chi help retrain the system to move with more control, recover more efficiently, and stay steady when demands increase. 🧘🌿

Over time, this changes how stress is experienced — not by avoiding pressure, but by improving how the body handles it.

Small, consistent training creates real shifts where it matters most.

Introducing the Fit Café Running Club🏃‍♀️🌿

Whether you enjoy a relaxed walk, an easy jog or a steady run, this is a space for everyone to move together and reset midweek.

We start at Fit Café, with walkers completing a loop inside the park and runners heading out on a longer route — finishing together as a group.

Not sure which group suits you? Come through and see how you feel on the day. All levels are welcome, including families and dog walkers (with leads).
