When Poland Meets South Africa 🇵🇱🇿🇦

Polish open sandwiches, but I had to give them a little South African personality. 😂

One thing I’ve learned from living between cultures is that food tells a story. You can take a traditional Polish idea, add the flavours you grew up with, and suddenly you have something that feels like home in two different places.

So today, the Polish kanapka got a little South African twist. Same idea, different memories, different flavours, but somehow it works. ❤️

Maybe that’s the beautiful thing about culture. You don’t always have to choose one. Sometimes you put them on the same plate. 🇿🇦❤️🇵🇱
