We are a French Brasserie after all. In short, our aim is to serve French comfort food made with fresh, local, seasonal and organic produce. We also trace our produce back to its source so that we always know where, when and how it originated. Although living and cooking in SA for many years Par

This week, our friend and fellow restaurateur Luke Dale Roberts opens Boscia at Tswalu, in the heart of the Kalahari.

Luke is far more than an exceptional chef. He is a true artist and, without question, one of the great chefs in the world today.

Over the years he has continued to push boundaries, surprise people and play an enormous part in putting South African fine dining on the international culinary map.
We wish Luke and the entire team at Boscia every success with this extraordinary new chapter. And who knows… after La Colombe and The Test Kitchen, perhaps Boscia will become the third restaurant under Luke’s culinary leadership to find its way into The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

We certainly wouldn’t bet against him.
