It was an honour to craft a bespoke Winnie the Pooh themed cake for this young one's first birthday. The brief began with a small smash cake, so I crafted a 6-inch chocolate cake with Italian buttercream and royal icing toppers. The centrepiece was a three-tiered cake made of chocolate cake with Italian buttercream, royal icing biscuits, and royal icing transfers. Each element was carefully considered, including the handmade box that completed the presentation.
