Ever wondered what *meze* really means? 🇬🇷
In Greek culture, *meze* isn’t just food — it’s a way of eating.
It’s all about variety, sharing, and slowing down to enjoy the moment. Instead of one big dish, the table is filled with small plates like:
🥗 Fresh Greek salads with feta & olives
🧄 Dips like tzatziki, hummus & taramasalata
🍇 Dolmades (stuffed vine leaves)
🧀 Grilled halloumi & saganaki
🥩 Souvlaki & other grilled meats
🍤 Seafood favourites like calamari
🫓 Warm pita bread
Meze is meant to be shared with friends and family — creating that true *parea* feeling ❤️
Next time you visit Parea Greek Restaurant in Linden or Illovo, try ordering a few dishes for the table and experience it the Greek way.
