Mini bagels piled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, caper crisps, pickled red onion, a squeeze of lemon and fresh herbs. Alongside: a veggie breakfast quiche, a flapjack stack dripping with maple syrup and seasonal berries, and a fruit skewer finished with a rooibos drizzle 🍓🍯
