This Thursday - Pho 🍜

Hey burger fam 😊 This Thursday we’re making a delicious Vietnamese noodle dish called Pho (pronounced ‘fuh’).

If you don’t know already, it’s a deeply flavoursome clear beef broth spiced with subtle notes of star anise, cinnamon, fennel, cloves, corriander and shallot. Boiling hot broth is then poured over flat rice noodles, tender braised brisket and paper thin raw sirloin - which is cooked by the boiling hot broth 😋

It really is delicious and definitely with a try. Available this Thursday (eat in only) from 4pm while stocks last.
