Pizza Hut Appletons Village The Pizza Hut Story begins in May 1958. Dan and Frank Carney opened their 550-squarefoot Pizza restaurant in Wichita, Kansas.

Dan and Frank, with friends Richard Beemer and John Bender, made the Pizza themselves . What was created was innovative, high quality and engaging, informal eating experience that thrived on the involvement of the buzzing community. Pizza Hut has grown rapidly and become well known for its famous "Pan Pizza" the product, with a thicker crust made in deep pans that has stolen the hearts of pizza lovers the world over. Now proudly available in Appletons Village, Randburg, you too can enjoy the best pizza's on earth!

Bonolo Makobe always knew photography was her passion. Her LeadHERship journey helped her learn how to turn that passion into possibility.

One of her biggest learnings was to think beyond what she loves doing and start asking bigger questions: What does the market need? Where can my skills add value? And how do I position myself to meet those opportunities?

That shift in thinking has helped Bonolo grow as a commercial photographer at Youth Content Collective — with a clearer understanding of not just her craft, but how to build a career around it.

Gugulethu Sigiasa had never held a permanent job. She began her journey with low self-esteem and little confidence in what was possible for her.

Today, she’s an Industrial Relations Officer at Youth At Work, engaging 4,500 young people and the stakeholders who serve them.

But what she credits most isn’t the title. It’s the other women.

Being surrounded by women on the same journey — and seeing them grow, succeed, and step into new opportunities — changed what Gugulethu believed was possible for herself.
