This Wednesday, 9 September, we are serving up a rich, fragrant, and comforting Thai Red Beef Curry.✨
The Dish: Tender beef fillet simmered in a creamy coconut milk and aromatic broth, served alongside perfectly steamed jasmine rice. We’ve packed it with an incredible blend of flavors including bamboo shoots, peppers, baby tomatoes, and a sweet, juicy burst of grapes, pineapple, and gooseberries.
