In October 2022, we took over La Galerie—and in April 2023, The Pringle was born.

Thank you to our wonderful villagers, visitors and hardworking team for being part of our story. Every coffee, meal, kind review and familiar face has helped make this little village eatery what it is today. 💛

We’re getting ready for the new season at The Pringle and we’re growing our team! ☕🍷🍽️

We’re looking for experienced all-round waitrons and kitchen staff who are friendly, reliable, flexible and happy to work as part of a team.

For our waitrons, coffee-making/barista and bar experience is important. Kitchen applicants should have previous kitchen experience and be comfortable working across different kitchen duties.

Applicants need to be available for daytime and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays, and must be legally entitled to work in South Africa.

We’d particularly love to hear from people living in or around Pringle Bay.

WINTER CLOSURE NOTICE

The Pringle is now closed for our annual winter break.

We will reopen at the beginning of September, refreshed and ready to welcome you back for the spring season.

We’d like to thank all of our wonderful customers for your continued support and look forward to seeing you again soon.

After a short winter break, The Pringle reopens on Friday, 17th July, and we can’t wait to welcome you back! ☕🍳🍔

Please note our special trading hours for Saturday, 18th July:

🥓 Breakfast served: 09:00 – 10:30

🔒 Closed from 10:30 until 17:00 for a private function.

🏉 Reopening at 17:00 for the rugby! Join us for the game, great food, cold drinks and a fantastic atmosphere.
