The inspiration behind the existence of T-P Chows is simply inspired by someone who was and is my First Love, Trial Port Catering was conceived after all the interactions in the Kitchen I had with my late mom since my childhood days helping her making dishes, She taught me with Love how to cook with passion and appreciation as cooking itself possesses some elements of healing and or comfort in some instances, but on this day in 2012 She left this world to go and take her final rest. May your dearest soul rest peace Mother...
