The Capital Fresh Hop Cold IPA - 55 IBU - 6% (OC Brewery x Capital Craft Collab)

A Cold IPA is a crisp, hop-forward beer fermented at lower temperatures with lager yeast to create a dry, clean finish that highlights intense hop aromatics without the heavy malt or fruitiness of traditional IPAs.

The Capital Fresh Hop is very much a hop forward beer with tropical fruit, specifically passion fruit, and grapefruit notes on the nose and palate. As to style it has a lighter drier body which makes this beer very moreish!
