I am now producing and selling Ready to eat Meals and you can find a menu on http://www.gideonsmeals.co.za We are now permanently closed. Lucit Functions and Events Venue is situated in a 1908 restored house surrounded by an exquisite water garden right in the middle of Pretoria. Functions include weddings, kitchen teas, birthday parties, year end parties, baby showers and even funerals. Events in

clude fund raising concerts, shows, performances organized by music agents and music schools, and musicians hosting special concerts. The functions and events are self catering or our catering can be used if any catering is required. The use of our bar for any liquid beverages are compulsory.

It is safe to party again. We host functions of all sorts: kitchen teas, funeral send offs, weddings, birthday parties, dances to name a few. It cost R 50 for the use of the venue and use of the bar is compulsory. We can cater for you but self catering is allowed. Our specialty is the lamb on the spit for R 150 pp. Contact Gideon on 083 306 2830 to discuss details. (We adhere to the Covid regulations).

In this strange 'normal', it takes some doing to make time and money for the essential nurturing of your soul through live music. Although I do not host concerts and shows anymore, I offer my venue to musicians, music agents, schools or anyone who would like to host an event. In this way I offer a very affordable way to let the music play on.

It is time to say goodbye. Unfortunately I do not see a financial future for Lucit restaurant and Theatre in the present culture and circumstances. I have started two new business that I see a booming future in and will invest my time and talents in it. I however still have the beautiful theatre, space and water garden that I rent out if anybody wants to use it.
