Jam Tart Recipe👨‍🍳♥️❣️

1 kg self raising/ Cake flour
500 ml margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
Baking powder(only when you are using cake flour)
4 Eggs
Jam

Step one

Melt margarine till turned to liquid, and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Mix Eggs, vanilla extract with margarine

Step 2

Mix sugar and flour together, after mix it with your margarine, pour bit by bit the must not be to soft

Mix till the dough is smooth…take a small dough and refrigerate for 20- 30 minutes

The one u refrigerated, grate it on top of your dough after putting greasing your jam

Bake about 20 to 25 minutes in 180 degrees
