Our next Monthly Food Pairing Evening is just around the corner!

We return on Friday, 2 October with something a little different — this time in collaboration with Capital Gin, hand-crafted small-batch gin distilled right here in the Jakarandastad.

Five carefully considered courses, each paired to bring out the character of the different Capital Gins — from smoked salmon and grapefruit to crispy pork belly and burnt orange tart.

Something completely different. A very good reason to Slow Down.

What a special evening we had last night with our Spring Wine Pairing, although Spring didn’t come to the party!

From me personally, thank you to everyone who joined us. Your support, the laughter around the tables and all the wonderful feedback made the evening one I’ll remember for a long time.
