IL TRICOLORE restaurant was born to offer you the quality and wholesomeness of the dishes that ITALY has to offer. WE ARE Italians so we understand the importance of keeping recipes authentic, most of our products are imported directly from Italy, without compromising on the freshness of locally sourced items. The pizzas, pastas and breads are produced following true Italian recipes, cooked with

imported olive oil and peeled tomatoes. We use only stoned ground flour for our pizza dough topped by the most beautiful Fior di Latte mozzarella and all of our desserts are home made. However we do not forget the importance of fresh product hence all our meat, fish and fresh vegetables are locally produced and sourced. We are justifiably proud of the coffee we brew, the beans are specially selected and roasted to ensure the great taste of all our coffee offerings. Our wine list is a combination of imported Italian wines and fine South African labels after all we do consider ourselves adoptive proudly South Africans..... :)

Finally our prompt and attentive service will ensure that you experience with us whether a quick lunch, formal dinner, a party or an event will be a memorable one.
