Big Chef is expanding, and we’re looking for talented, passionate, and professional Chefs to join the Big Chef Private Chef Team.

This is an opportunity to be part of exclusive private events, premium dining experiences, and corporate catering bookings.

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must have proven experience preparing high-quality, beautifully presented dishes
• Must be able to create menus and do accurate costings
• Must send your CV along with a food portfolio (photos of your work)
• Must be professional, punctual, and well-presented
• Must be able to work independently and represent the Big Chef brand with pride
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills

What to expect:

• Work will be booking-based (private events, functions, and corporate catering)

It was a truly special day at INN SAFE HANDS Children's Home
I had the privilege of spending time with the kids to teach them about the importance of teamwork and kitchen hygiene through a fun pizza & dessert-making experience.

The day was centered around the theme of 'Ubuntu,' emphasizing the significance of working together and caring for one another.

I am so grateful to the Hermanus family for allowing me to share this valuable experience with the next generation

I cannot wait to be back xx
